Employee Development

Empowering Flexibility Through Collaboration

We recognize the value of work-life balance and fostering a culture of well-being for our team members. To achieve this, we've implemented a flexible work hour arrangement since the COVID-19 pandemic. This program empowers employees to design a schedule that optimizes their productivity and meets personal commitments, with core business hours established between 9:30 and 18:30.

Encouraging Team Collaboration: We believe in the importance of teamwork and open communication. To ensure effective collaboration and maintain a strong team dynamic, we encourage open discussions among team members to collaboratively determine a work hour schedule that accommodates individual needs while meeting the requirements of the team and client projects.

Building Strong Foundations for Interns: While we promote flexibility for our permanent team members, we acknowledge the importance of a structured learning environment for interns. A standard daily work schedule provides interns with a strong foundation in time management, professional conduct, and the importance of routine within the fast-paced audit environment.

Building a Stronger Community Together

We believe in making a positive impact that goes beyond our work. We are committed to giving back and leading by example through volunteerism. Our leadership team demonstrates this commitment by dedicating their time and talents to various community initiatives.

Empowering Purpose-Driven Work

We believe that everyone can contribute to a stronger community. We encourage employees to participate in causes they are passionate about, fostering a culture of social responsibility. This aligns with our commitment to supporting the non-profit sector through pro bono services. These services provide essential support and strengthen the governance of these vital organizations.

Team Task

Leadership by Example

Mr. Paul Ho, our Managing Partner, has dedicated himself to the Scout movement for over 30 years. His leadership and skills were instrumental during his tenure as Treasurer of the Scout Association of Hong Kong (2001-2011). He currently chairs the Association's International Affairs Committee (since 2021) and serves as the regional Treasurer for the Asia-Pacific Scout Region (since 2018).

Mr. Arnold Ho leverages his expertise as an Accountant Ambassador for the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and mentors future generations through various programs for the past decade. He recently assumed the role of Vice President of the Finance Committee for the Scout Association of Hong Kong (since 2022).

Testimonial

Being a part of the Auxiliary Medical Service (AMS) for over 40 years, since 1983, has been such a rewarding experience. It's a small way I can contribute to the community. Whether it's keeping up with the monthly training sessions or lending a hand at marathons, sports events, and medical centers, I feel fortunate to be able to help others.

I'm grateful to work for a firm that shares my values of giving back. It's truly heartwarming to see how our firm encourages social responsibility. It's never too late to make a difference, no matter how small.
